| Finally 2011 is just around the corner and all of us at Devil Kat Rock Productions are gearing up to bring maximum rock n roll to our little town of Chico, CA! Kicking off the New Year with punk rock and demon grass on 12-30-11, its the New Years Evil Spectacular featuring: Witchdick, Chingado, The Gamut, Born Into This and Ernesto Alvarado. 5 bands -&- FREE Admission @ Lost On Main in Downtown Chico... Yes, folks its true, we are trying to dangle the rock n roll carrot in front of Chico, CA. In 2011 look for performances from both local and national touring acts including: Reverend Deadeye, Joe Buck Yourself, Slow Poisoner, Sawyer Family, The Independents and more. | On April 21st 2010, STENCHRADIO.COM (Sponsored by SST Records) went on the air out of frustration that the only Web Radio shows calling themselves Punk Rock were "sugar-coated Pop" posing with the Punk Rock label. During that time, Stig Stench, Founder & Net-J of Austin based STENCHRADIO.COM (not forgetting that he was born in Louisiana), was reminded that some of the most passionate and aggressive music has rural, Southern roots. BUCKET CITY agent Katie Perry turned him onto JOE BUCK YOURSELF and thus, the concept of the HAUNTED SHACK IN THE SWAMP SHOW was spawned! Stig Stench describes the show: "If that creepy house from the movie THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT had a party and Joe Buck and the ghost of Jeffery Lee Pierce (The Gun Club) were the entertainment for the night."
